Snow, wind and power outages cripple parts of U.S.

The first nor'easter of the season is expected to hit New England on Thursday. At least half of foot of snow could fall from Massachusetts to Maine. In the Midwest, South Dakota's governor declared a state of emergency after a Christmas blizzard. Tony Dokoupil reports.
