New Orleans sees rare snowfall as winter storm sweeps across southern U.S.

Millions of Americans across the South are bracing for a rare and potentially dangerous winter storm threatening to bring snow, sleet, ice and rain from Texas to the Carolinas. CBS News reporter Kati Weis has more from New Orleans and CBS News meteorologist Grant Gilmore has a look at the forecast.
