No call, no closure: Loved ones of ICE shooting victim say they were left in the dark

Nearly a week after a deadly shooting at the Dallas ICE field office, the family of one of the victims, Norlan Guzman-Fuentes, says they still haven’t been contacted by the U.S. government. His partner learned of his death two days later only after calling the consulate.
