Haltom City apartment complex residents describe loud moments police officers fatally shot suspect

"It makes me feel a little bit unsafe," said resident Ka'Lia Hill. "I'm scared, nervous being close to like that shooting." No officers were hurt. It is unknown at this time if the person who died was the 911 caller or if the suspect fired a weapon.
