Ali Bauman is a New York Emmy and Edward R. Murrow Award-winning journalist who has been a general assignment reporter for CBS News New York since spring 2016. She is proficient in Spanish, and in addition to her studies at Syracuse, she studied abroad in Madrid, Spain. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University with dual majors in Broadcast & Digital Journalism and Political Science.
