Biden vaccination plan facing obstacles

Even before he took office, President Biden promised to deliver 100 million coronavirus vaccine doses during his first 100 days in office. Drugmakers respond to COVID-19 variants

Johnson and Johnson has reported promising results from its single-dose coronavirus vaccine and plans to apply for emergency use authorization in early February. CBS News' Mola Lenghi reports, and Dr. Bob Lahita spoke with CBSN's Anne-Marie Green and Vladimir Duthiers about the highly contagious new strain and the work drugmakers are doing to fight variants that continue to appear.
