Teachers in Oklahoma are walking out today to protest for higher pay and increased school funding. Teachers in Kentucky are also rallying to preserve their pension plans. This comes after a strike in West Virginia lasted nine days. CBS News correspondent Omar Villafranca joined CBSN from outside the state capitol in Oklahoma City.
