Three women were attacked by an otter as they floated on inner tubes in a Montana river.
Alicia Navarro, an Arizona teenager who went missing four years ago, has been found safe. Police say Navarro, who was 14 when she left her Glendale home in 2019, walked into a Montana police station alone and identified herself. Her mother confirmed it's her daughter on social media.
