Investigators now say all 31 people on board the amphibious duck boat that capsized during a powerful storm in Missouri have been accounted for. Sixteen passengers and one crew member were killed. The victims include married couples, a father and son, children and nine members of an Indiana family who only boarded the boat because of a ticket mix up. Omar Villafranca reports.
