New Orleans chef Melissa Martin is out with a new cookbook, “Mosquito Supper Club: Cajun Recipes from a Disappearing Bayou.” When guests arrive at her famed restaurant, they never know who they’re going to meet, or even what they’re going to eat, but they always leave with a soul-satisfying experience – something she plans to revive post-pandemic. After being battered by storms this hurricane season, a state agency in Louisiana is trying to preserve the coastline by building more of it. "60 in 6" correspondent Enrique Acevedo reports on the efforts to save homes and land that are disappearing under water.

"I wouldn't do it again if I knew then what I know now. It weighs on me and it will continue to weigh on me until everyone is 100% better," the event organizer said.
