Less than two weeks after the deadly collapse of a condo building in Surfside, Florida, the condo association, a consulting company and an architecture firm are already facing lawsuits. Tom Hals, a legal reporter for Reuters, spoke with Anne-Marie Green on CBSN about who could be held liable for the collapse and the factors that could complicate these suits.
