Trump's mounting legal troubles

Former President Donald Trump is facing scrutiny for his actions leading up to the January 6 attack and for possibly mishandling classified documents that led to the FBI's Mar-a-Lago search. FBI and DHS warn of extremist threats

The FBI and Department of Homeland Security have issued a joint bulletin warning of increased threats to law enforcement officials. The memo comes after the FBI executed a search warrant at former President Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago home. The agencies say the threats are happening mainly online on social media sites, web forums and image boards. Giuliani is target of Georgia election probe, lawyer says

Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani is a target of criminal investigation as a Georgia grand jury investigates efforts of Donald Trump and his supporters to overturn the 2020 election, his lawyer confirmed to CBS News.
