Limited trash pickup in Richmond, San Pablo amid ongoing garbage strike

As the Republic Services garbage strike effects communities throughout the Bay Area for a second week, limited trash service resumed in parts of Western Contra Costa County, including Richmond and San Pablo, Kevin Ko reports.
