In his weekly meeting with reporters Monday, 49ers coach Jim Harbaugh didn't have much to say about reports he could be traded to the Raiders or Jets.
Rumors are flying that the San Francisco 49ers might trade Head Coach Jim Harbaugh to the Oakland Raiders, and that's just the icing on the cake for this Bay Area rivalry. The 49ers need a win to keep their playoff hopes alive, and the Silver & Black just need something to forget that beating they just took from the St. Louis Rams. The Sunday game at the Coliseum promises to be quite interesting.
After managing only three points against the Seahawks last week, the 49ers are looking for answers on offense as they get ready to play the Raiders Sunday.
The Thursday Night game between the Seahawks and 49ers was not as competitive as anticipated. Despite being at home, and needing to win this game more than their opponent, San Francisco had no answer for the defending Super Bowl Champs, and the result was a Seattle victory.
Richard Sherman set up the only touchdown with another key defensive play in this heated rivalry, then made a second interception with the 49ers driving late, and the Seattle Seahawks ended a five-game losing streak on San Francisco's home field with a 19-3 win Thursday night.
Anthony Davis is still recovering from his concussion and Justin Smith has a bad back, but Smith will play and no other important players will miss this important game. Seattle on the other hand has no new injuries, making both sides relatively healthy.

The Kansas City Chiefs have been playing pretty well lately, as evidenced by their win over the Seattle Seahawks last weekend. Now, they get to the play the first of two games remaining on their schedule against the hapless Oakland Raiders, and if the Silver & Black want to win their first game in more than a year, they'll need to be at their "best"—whatever that is.
The Oakland Raiders fell to 0-10 this season with their 16th consecutive loss overall, dating back to 2013. The 13-6 loss to the San Diego Chargers on the road was a closely fought contest, with the Silver & Black having one last chance—late in the fourth quarter—to tie it up. But it was not to be.
The 49ers play the 3-6 Giants in New York Sunday with a chance to move up in the NFC West standings.
