Woman Escapes Injury When Tree Falls On Her Car In East Sacramento

EAST SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — A woman was lucky enough to escape when a tree fell on her car on Tuesday.

Dede McKinnon was driving down Alhambra Boulevard on her way home from work when the tree came tumbling down.

"I saw a tree falling and I knew it was going to fall on top of my car, and I feel very lucky that I wasn't hurt," she said.

She says a fireman was nearby to help her crawl to safety.
