Front Street Looking For Home For Dog Surrendered By 92-Year-Old Woman

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — The Front Street Animal Shelter is looking for a home for an older dog whose owner had to surrender him.

Sir Blacky is a 12-year-old Chihuahua pug mix who had to be surrendered after his 92-year-old owner had to go to a nursing home.

He's described as a lap dog that could be walked, but doesn't have a lot of energy.
