Lincoln Park celebrates back to school in a unique manner

With all the celebrating, loud noises, music, and exuberance, you'd think it was the last day of school at Lincoln Park Performing Arts Charter School, but it's in fact the first. KDKA's Chilekasi Adele got to experience it first hand!
