Philadelphia Wings surprises fan ahead of last home game and fan appreciation night

The Philadelphia Wings, the city's professional lacrosse team, will host Georgia on Saturday. It's the last home game of the season, and it's fan appreciation night. But there's one fan in particular who caught the team's eye. Pat Gallen reports.
