The violence has parents of Temple students on edge as campus police tell CBS3 the department is operating at 60% officer staffing levels.
One suspect was arrested in connection to the first shooting outside of Temple's bookstore on Cecil B. Moore Avenue.
The exceptions will be classrooms, labs, and other in-person class locations. Masks will also be required in healthcare facilities, and on Temple shuttle buses.
JNS Protection Services, the private security company, patrols from Diamond to Berks Streets, between 15 and 19th Streets. Temple's own campus safety patrols most of the same area as well.
