Memorials are growing for the three officers killed in the police ambush in York County. The fallen detectives belonged to the Northern York County Regional Police Department. Matthew Ruth opened fire on the officers at a home he had broken into in North Codorus Township this week. The police later shot and killed Ruth during a shootout.
