MontCo DA Not Opposed To Cosby Seeking Jury From Another County

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- New developments surfaced on Thursday in Bill Cosby's sexual assault trial.

Montgomery County's District Attorney Kevin Steele says he won't fight Cosby's request to seek a jury from a different county.

However, he does remain opposed to holding the trial somewhere other than Montgomery County.

Cosby is charged with sexually assaulting former Temple University employee Andrea Constand.
