Officials Investigating Multiple Car Fires They Believe Were Sparked By Same Arsonist
PHILADELPHIA (CBS/AP) -- Fire officials are investigating multiples fires that they believe were set by the same arsonist. Crews rushed to both scenes in Northeast Philadelphia early Saturday morning.
Police say surveillance cameras caught a man torching cars at the Northeast Community LLC on the 6100 block of Roosevelt Boulevard in Oxford Circle, just after 3:30 a.m.

The second one was at Hessert Chevrolet on the 6300 block of Roosevelt Boulevard in Mayfair, where cameras also captured images of the suspect.
At least three cars were damaged.
Police say damage at the two lots totaled about $200,000.
Capt. John Walker says a man who later approached detectives to inquire about the second fire was arrested as a suspect. He faces charges including arson and risking a catastrophe.
