Roxana Buta, 21, was struck around 1:30 a.m. on May 24 while crossing Broadway at East 14th Street as she headed home from her job as a waitress, police said.
Police said the budding actress was crossing 14th Street at Broadway when a dump truck ran her over. The driver never stopped and still hasn't been caught.
