Boomer & Carton: It's Memory Making Time For Mets, Not Time For 'Gravy'

Well, for the Mets it all boils to Thursday night's Game 5, which will be played out in Los Angeles against Zack Greinke and the Dodgers. The winner will take on the Cubs in the NLCS.

Boomer and Craig were both very excited as they got things started Thursday morning, which is understandable considering their allegiance to the Mets. Well, at least the Booms' excitement was justified. There is a large faction of people out there who believe that Craig "Yankee fans like myself" Carton isn't truly dedicated to the blue-and-orange cause, but that is a discussion for anther day. This day was all about those Amazin' Mets.

Terry Collins had some things to say about Thursday night's game, mentioning that at this point a win would be "gravy,"and quite frankly that line of thinking did not sit to well with the guys.

Needless to say, this action-packed show open zeroed in on the Mets, both the good and the bad. So sit back, relax and start preparing for what could be a historic night in L.A.
