Annunciation shooting survivor now needs surgery for bullet fragment

Weston Halsne is the 10-year-old boy who survived the mass shooting inside Minneapolis' Annunciation Catholic Church thanks to a friend who shielded him. Now, he needs surgery after doctors discovered a bullet fragment in his neck that's dangerously close to an artery.
