More than 95 million people across 25 states were under wind chill warnings, advisories or watches on Sunday as an Arctic cold front hovered over much of the country.
The snow may be done, but the cold is just starting.
Now that snow is here to stay, Minnesotans have their own ways of welcoming the fresh powder and the cold temps.

There's nothing more spooky than the arrival of winter, especially when it falls before Halloween. Well, a round of overnight snow left a fresh coating on the metro, just in time to give people 1991 flashbacks.

"Just trying to be helpful," Wunderlan said. "Some of the people in the neighborhood are not able to get out and shovel, so I just kind of run, do a quick up and down the block just to help out."
Susan-Elizabeth Littlefield was at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport, which is up and running Tuesday evening – but that could certainly change.
The first wave of winter weather usually sends patient numbers down. More people need help in the aftermath.
"Really what we're saying is if there's a ray of sunshine between two storms, appreciate it from your house or wherever you are. Don't attempt to beat the next one," said Kevin Reed with Homeland Security and Emergency Management.
