Camp Dolphins: The defense has a chance to be special this season

It is customary for the defense to be ahead of the offense in any NFL training camp. The same can probably be said about the Dolphins at this point, even with a bunch of question marks in the secondary. On Monday, Minkah Fitzpatrick stepped up to the microphone for the first time to answer some of those questions. Fitzpatrick is already making plays on the practice field. All we've heard from teammates is how he's already a leader, but we saw a modest side of Minkah. He is just excited to get to know who he's going to be playing alongside come the regular season.

Coming off another career-season, Zach Sieler is looking to get paid like a top player in his position. The Dolphins give an update on Bayron Matos, who was airlifted off the field on Monday. The team says he has full movement of his extremities and is in stable condition. And the Dolphins running back room will look a little different this year, but second-year back Jaylen Wright is ready for the bigger workload. Plus, the Dolphins unveil a new fan initiative that starts Saturday.
