Miami Police announced that a Palm Beach County woman and man were taken into custody and charged accordingly.
The crash occurred on the corner of NE 82nd Street and Biscayne Boulevard.
The crash happened within Miramar city limits.
Chopper 4 was over the scene. At least one person was hurt.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
Prosecutors said Ivan Billie, Jr. was driving nearly 160 mph and under the influence when he crashed.
