In front of a packed auditorium, the Los Angeles Police Department said that it is quickly getting officers into Peck Park after a deadly mass shooting.
The shooting killed two people and injured six others, including one drove themselves to the hospital. Kara Finnstrom reports.

The incident occurred at around 11:30 a.m. Saturday, according to LASD Deputy Grace Medrano, near the intersection of 20th Street West and Lancaster Boulevard.
The man, who has not been identified, suffered gun shot wounds to his leg but fortunately is conscious and breathing, CBSLA has learned.
