Rubio on hostage release
With negotiations in Cairo set to begin on Monday between Israel and Hamas, Secretary of State Marco Rubio told "Face the Nation with Margaret Brennan" that Hamas' release of hostages is the "most emergent and immediate phase" of the proposed peace plan.
