Jose Medina-Hernandez, 33, was charged with two counts of moving violation causing death. Both are one-year misdemeanors.
The incident happened at about 2:27 a.m. on Oct. 5, 2024, in the area of West Warren and Grandville avenues.
The teen was charged in March with second-degree murder for the Nov. 13, 2023, crash that claimed the life of this 18-year-old friend.
The crash happened at around 7:27 p.m. in the area of Hayes Road and Snowbird Drive.
Three children were taken to an area hospital for treatment and are currently in stable condition, according to Coloma Township police.
