ADAMS COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4) - Police are investigating a rollover accident near a power storage facility in Adams County.

It happened early Thursday morning when police engaged a blue Toyota FJ Cruiser in pursuit. It ended in a crash near East 100th Avenue and McKay Road.

The car rolled over into a field and the streets temporarily closed. It is believed the driver took off, and a K-9 unit and armed deputies were seen searching the area.

The scene was cleared by 6 a.m. and police are investigating how the crash happened.
