Ukraine president warns world of "the most destructive arms race in history" amid Russian invasion

In a speech to the United Nations General Assembly on Wednesday, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said the world is living through “the most destructive arms race in history,” and urged the U.N. to act now to help end Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
