Romeoville, Illinois has too much road salt in its stockpile

The village is buying less salt each year, with 2,000 tons for the past couple contracts instead of the usual 4,000 to 5,000 tons. But as Sara Machi reports, Romeoville still ends each winter with a growing stockpile.
