Police investigating active shooter reported at Broomfield, Colorado, apartment complex

Police in Broomfield rushed to the scene of an active shooting at the Arista Flats Apartments on Thursday morning. Residents have been urged to shelter in place since shortly after 8 a.m. Thursday.
