LaShawn Ford, Leanne Redden on looming RTA funding cuts

CTA, Metra, and Pace all say they're approaching a fiscal cliff and are asking Springfield for financial help. Their umbrella organization, the Regional Transportation Authority, says it needs $1.5 billion.
