A child was among two people shot in a home in the West Pullman neighborhood Monday night. Chicago police said the 7-year-old boy and a 27-year-old man were inside the home, in the 1600 block of South Yale Avenue, when someone in a white Audi sedan fired shots into the home.
Police late Tuesday said they were speaking to a person of interest in the shooting at JJ Fish & Chicken on Western Avenue, but would not say more than that. No arrests have been made. Tara Molina reports.

The teen was treated by Fire Department personnel on scene and did not go to the hospital.
Two women got into a quarrel on the No. 29 State Street bus at 87th Street, and one of them pulled a gun.
The victims’ specific ages were not immediately available.
The ages of the victims range from 16 to 42.
Police said the man who was shot, along with a 48-year-old woman, had shoplifted from the Walgreens separately a short time earlier. The man who was shot pulled a gun first, police said.
Police do not believe the shooting was a random act.
