Just before 9:15 a.m., Chicago police found a man, believed to be between 25 and 30 years old, unresponsive on the street in the 2600 block of West Wilcox Street. Police found the man had been shot in the head.
Police said, shortly after 2 p.m., troopers responded to the inbound Dan Ryan near 43rd Street for a reports of shots fired.
