Four people approached a 61-year-old man walking outside in the first block of Grand Avenue just after 4:15 a.m.
Police said the robbery happened early Saturday, Aug. 30, in the 900 block of West Lake Street in the Fulton Market District. The Morgan Street Green and Pink Line stop is located at that address.
Shannon Stephens, 23, of Chicago's North Austin neighborhood, and Jamarion Gray, 21, of Hazel Crest, were arrested a block apart shortly after 2 a.m. Friday.
