According to Metra, delays of up to 45 minutes are expected on the Milwaukee District North, North Central Service, Union Pacific Northwest, and Milwaukee District West lines.
Sunday passes are $7 dollars and are good for unlimited travel.
Regular weekend service on other lines will continue as well.
Metra riders on the South Side will soon see some major improvements.
