The drawing is happening Saturday night and will be the last one of the year.
If there's a winner, they'd get the third-largest Powerball payout of 2023.
If won, it'll be the eleventh-largest Powerball jackpot ever.
Both won $1 million each by playing the new instant ticket game, $10 million, lottery officials said.
The jackpot has been growing since October after someone in California won the $1.765 billion prize.
So far, there have been five Powerball jackpots won this year.
