Dog owners living in the area where the incident happened are now worried. CBS 2's Sara Machi reports.
The man is a valid Concealed Carry License and Firearm Owners Identification Card holder, police said. A SWAT team was called to the scene after the incident.

Police said just after 6 p.m. Tuesday, two people approached a 27-year-old woman and displayed a handgun in the 2800 block of West Broadway Avenue, just north of Diversey Parkway.
