The level of ice has been decreasing along the Kankakee River days after frigid temperatures led to an ice jam and flooding. But as the ice decreases, there are even more flooding concerns for residents along the river.
"Of course, you have breaks in other areas because all the pipes are the same age."
The pipe burst during the deep freeze sent water cascading into the dining rooms of Asparagus Restaurant in Merrillville. CBS 2's Sara Machi reports.
