"Our flight was never texted to us that it was canceled by Southwest," Jessica Sokolowski said. "It's a total you-know-what-show here."
It looks like another busy day of long lines and waiting for travelers at Chicago's airports. The entire weekend was filled with travel trouble for people across the country trying to get to their holiday destinations.
About half of all flights at O’Hare International Airport have been canceled or delayed due to the winter storm. The good news is, many travelers knew ahead of time, so the situation has been relatively calm.
