Investigators claim they traced the illnesses to Big Wig Tacos and Burritos near the Northwestern University campus. All of those who got sick apparently ate there on November 18th.
Jacob Spiro, 23, of Skokie, was charged with four counts of felony disorderly conduct of making false bomb threats.
The City of Evanston has linked the outbreak to the Big Wig Tacos & Burritos at 950 Church St. in downtown Evanston, which had a $1 burrito night for Northwestern students this past weekend.
