As more people begin to pull out space heaters and Christmas trees for the season, the Chicago Fire Department wants to make sure everyone is using them safely.

Fire officials say the call came in just before 5 a.m. in the 4400 block of South Shields Avenue.

Firefighter Price had been with the Fire Department since March 2009. He was most recently assigned to Truck 44, based at 2714 N. Halsted St.
The family of Andrew Price is working to prevent another tragic accident from happening again.
"There wasn't a mention of any violations. The place is very clean. I have been in that place two or three times before."
