The robberies happened between Nov. 5 and Dec. 4 during the afternoon and evening hours.
Illinois State Police arrested the four suspects after their car jumped a curb and struck a gate around 12:30 a.m. in the 2000 block of West 38th Street.
Two men were charged with attempting to rob a 72-year-old woman at gunpoint in a Jewel parking lot in Tinley Park on Tuesday.
Officers at the scene recovered at least one weapon from inside the car.
After taking the victims' property, the robber has made purchases and used the victims' bank apps to transfer money to other accounts.
Police said the robbers restrained a 23-year-old man while removing an unknown amount of money.

The victims were walking just before 3 a.m., in the 900 block of West Lake Street, when a red truck pulled up and five armed males exited and demanded their property, police said.
The victims were struck in the head and the offenders forced away their belongings.
Police said, in each of the robberies, four people approached victims near or at a street vendor location, flashed rifles and handguns, and stole the victim's property.
Responding officers met with a married couple who told them they were robbed of personal property by two armed male black offenders dressed in dark clothing while walking to their car, police said.
Jaylan Jackson, 18, and Dangelo Jackson, 21, were charged with four felony counts of armed robbery. Dangelo received an additional charge of having narcotics.
