Police Seek 14-Year-Old Evanston Boy Who Ran Away From Home

CHICAGO (STMW) -- Police are asking for the public's help finding a 14-year-old boy who ran away from his north suburban Evanston home Wednesday afternoon.

Noah Feldman was last seen about 4 p.m. Wednesday leaving his home in the 2100 block of Wesley Avenue, according to a statement from Evanston police.

He indicated he wanted to harm himself before he left, police said. A guardian was in the process of taking him to an inpatient treatment facility when he ran away.

Feldman is described as a 6-foot-tall, 160-pound white boy with bleach blond hair in dreadlocks, police said. He was wearing an orange down jacket, black pants, snake-skin Converse shoes and a black backpack.
