Baltimore Police share body-cam video after fatal shooting of community arabber

Baltimore Police shared body camera footage after a local arabber, Bilal Abdullah, also known as BJ, was shot and killed by police. Police said BJ, shot and injured an officer. A firearm was recovered at the scene.
